There are exactly seven days left in 2019. Seven days to enjoy the holiday season before we welcome a shiny, new year. For some, the holidays are filled with tradition, food, and family. For others, they find themselves facing a new reality. No matter where you are, or how this year has been, I hope you can enjoy the next week by living in the present, letting go of the past, and not worrying about the future.
