What is your 2021 Word of the Year?

By Lauren Ramsey, owner, Puzzle Piece Media January 13, 2021

Every year I select a word for the year. In 2020, my word was boundaries and despite how insane this year has been I held tight to my word and the meaning behind it. For 2021 my word is Hustle. In 2020 I launched my own media company and online boutique, so I definitely need to hustle to build both brands.

So, now it’s your turn. What word best describes how you want to approach the coming year? What are your goals and how will you stay diligent? Are you setting personal goals like having a more positive mindset or living a healthier lifestyle or being as present as possible for your kids? Or professional goals such as getting a raise or promotion or adding new clients? Whatever your goals are it’s important to write them down and keep them in a place where you can review them often. For example, I print mine & display them in my office and have them printed in my daily planner so each day I can review them and focus on what will truly move me towards my goals.

Think about one word that represents your goals or how you plan to approach those goals. Set a word for the year that will inspire you, support your goals, and help you stay focused.

Here’s to a year full of potential, growth, love & happiness!
