1. International Hoof Care Week at the Little Rock Zoo - Tuesday through Saturday
You may know that horses need horseshoes and regular care, but have you thought about the elephants, rhinos, and other hoofed animals at the zoo? Come by and learn all about the special maintenance and attention these animals require.
2. Skin Care for Teens at Laman Library Teen Center, Thursday at 4 pm
Teens can come by the Teen Center and learn skincare and makeup application techniques. Must be 12-18 to attend.
3. Third Friday Night Art Walk in the Argenta Arts District, Friday from 5-7 pm
Stroll through downtown Argenta and visit our shops and venues featuring local and regional artists. Stay for dinner at one of the many restaurants on Main Street.
4. Living History Saturdays in January: A Golden New Year at Historic Arkansas Museum
Join us at Historic Arkansas Museum from 10 am-4 pm and experience how tradespeople and families occupied their time during the dark days of winter, and how preserved foods are made into winter meals.
