This week we've rounded up five things to do in North Little Rock, Maumelle, Sherwood, Jacksonville, LRAFB, and Scott, AR to celebrate Independence Day!

1. 4th of July Celebration and Fundraiser at The Greens at North Hills, July 3 at 6 pm
On July 3 in conjunction with the Fireworks and Food Trucks Independence Day Celebration, a fundraiser will be held upstairs in The Greens event center. The event will benefit the Sherwood Humane Animal Shelter.
2. Maumelle's 4th Fest Celebration and Fireworks Spectacular at Lake Willastein, July 4 at 4:30 pm
This year's theme is "America, DOG gone it!" The parade starts at 4:30 pm on the corner of Audubon Dr. and Millwood Circle. The Festival at Lake Willastein Park includes a variety of family-friendly activities and entertainment with the fireworks spectacular at 9:30 pm!
3. Frontier Fourth at Historic Arkansas Museum, July 4 from 10 am-12 pm
Celebrate the holiday with old-fashioned fun. Listen (and cheer!) during a reading of the Declaration of Independence, cool off with watermelon and lemonade, and learn how to train with the local militia!
4. Pops on the River in Downtown Little Rock, July 4 from 5 pm-9:30 pm
Join us for Pops on the River, featuring music from Rodney Block, Nicky Parrish, and Midnight South! Food trucks, kids activities and more will happen throughout the evening. Fireworks display at 9:30 pm over the Main St. Bridge.
5. Big Bang on the Range Fireworks Show in Jacksonville, July 4 from 5 pm-9 pm
Celebrate the 4th with a BANG! Get a front-row seat to the annual Big Bang on the Range Fireworks Show at the Jacksonville Shooting Sports Complex.
