Camp Fernwood is an all-girls residential summer camp located in Poland, Maine for campers ages 7 to 15. Founded in 1921, Camp Fernwood is rooted in the four principles of living simply, enjoying the beauty and wonder of natural surroundings, nurturing tolerance and unselfishness, and developing loving, lifelong friendships.

Camp Fernwood's program is intentional, allowing for friendships to form, independence and resilience to develop, and girls to fully immerse themselves in the complete camp experience.

Diventures' Splash Sessions are designed to accelerate swim skills and build confidence with consecutive swim lessons. Lessons meet Monday-Thursday for 30 minutes for one week, providing extra repetition and focused learning.  

The Window on Sixth gallery will host Imaginarium Art Camps in 2026, offering hands-on creative experiences for children in a professional gallery setting in the downtown creative district. 

The program begins with a Spring Break Art Camp, March 23–27, 2026, followed by weekly Summer Art Camps running from June through July. All summer camps are 4-day camps, Monday-Thursday.

The Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth offers rigorous, fun, three-week summer day and residential programs at 11 U.S. locations. CTY has 70+ courses in math, science, writing, and the humanities, plus activities like talent shows and dances. Year-round online courses are also enrolling.
