The 38th Annual Pops on the River, presented by the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette and sponsored by Orion Federal Credit Union and Winrock Automotive of Little Rock is Monday, July 4, in downtown Little Rock. In its 38th year, the annual event includes activities, music, and lots of food and fireworks.
Pops on the River will begin at 3 p.m. in the River Market area of downtown Little Rock with a marketplace for shopping, food trucks, and entertainment for all ages.
