Description
Are you ready to enter the Arena of the Brave, competing side-by-side with fellow firefighters on the most globally recognized challenge course in the fire service? Then here is your chance! The Official Firefighter Challenge™ is coming and is open to all firefighters regardless of where they are in their fitness journey.
Competitors will take on our skills-based course tackling what are known as the Five Essential Functions™ wearing full turnout gear and a self-contained breathing apparatus provided by 3M™ Scott™ Air-Pak™.
Competitors can choose from individual, relay, or tandem competitions. Each race will duplicate the physical demands of real-life firefighting by climbing the five-story tower, hoisting, chopping, dragging hoses, and rescuing a life-sized, 175-pound “victim” as participants race against themselves, and their opponents, and the clock.
