Description

Please join our Independence Day Celebrations on Wednesday July 3^rd, 2024, starting at 6:00PM. A family event filled with fun activities and entertainment, including bounce houses, face paintings, music, and food trucks. Fireworks sponsored by the Sherwood Advertising and Promotions Commission.

Parking. City personnel will be directing traffic to the complimentary parking areas on the golf course fairway. In addition, there will also be parking opportunities in empty lots near the golf course. The City and Sherwood Police Department do not recommend parking across Highway 107 or North Hills and attempting to walk across those streets. If you park anywhere other than the city sponsored parking area, please plan to stay put and enjoy the fireworks where you parked or ONLY walk where sidewalks and crosswalks are available. The golf course also has pedestrian accessibility at various points from bordering neighborhoods.

Viewing Areas. Folks are encouraged to bring blankets and bag chairs to spread out around the golf course greens. An air-conditioned private viewing area with food, non-alcoholic beverages, and party favors is also available for a cover charge. These proceeds will benefit the Sherwood Police Department COPPS division's community out reach programs. Ticket information will be provided here..
