3. World Orangutan Day at the Little Rock Zoo, Sat. from 9 am-4 pm
In honor of International Orangutan Day on August 19, we hope you'll join us in celebrating and raising awareness of this iconic endangered species.
4. Outdoor Fun at Splash Zone in JAX, Saturday & Sunday from 12-6 pm
Splash Zone is Jacksonville's newest attraction for fun!
5. Food Preservation: Pickled Okra at St. Joseph's Center from 2-3:30 pm
Learn to preserve okra! All materials for the class are provided.

1. Back-to-School Bash at Laman Library Main Branch, Monday at 3:30 pm
Celebrate the first day of school with a Back-to-School Bash! We'll have music, dancing, snacks, and fun!
2. Puppet Mondays at Argenta Library, Monday at 4 pm
We'll be making a different puppet each week for you to take home to enjoy.
3. Mindfulness Mondays at Laman Library Main Branch, Monday at 4:30 pm
Every Monday after school the Loft will transform into a calm space with dim lighting, lo-fi music, and stations on mental health and mindfulness.
4. Tabletop Tuesday at CALS Main Library from 3-5 pm
Join us weekly on the 5th floor at the Main Library on Tuesdays from 3 pm to 5 pm and play a variety of games from our collection. This includes board, card, tabletop, and role-playing games.

Come out to play board games with us! Bring a game to play or use one of ours!
