The North Little Rock Public Library System is excited to announce a special event in honor of Rover, the beloved Mobile Library. The public is invited to join in the festivities at Rover’s first birthday party, taking place at the Burns Park Dog Park on Thursday, August 15, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. This event is free and open to all.
The celebration will feature a variety of activities, including a doggy-themed story time, crafts such as making dog ear headbands and rope toys, and delicious treats including cupcakes and pup-cups for dogs.
The North Little Rock Public Library System invites both humans and their canine friends to enjoy this fun-filled day as they celebrate Rover’s first year of bringing joy and reading to the community.
